Prius Lights Turn On But Car Won't Start

My 2001 prius won't start. So yesterday i got back from lunch at 3pm, and then i go to leave work to go home and jump in car press brake hit start/stop button to start car and wont turn over or nothing.but all the lights on the dash start blinking and dancing.
